Toast the Holidays with a Wine & Hors d’oeuvres Party! Throwing a holiday party can seem daunting, but with a little help from the Uncorked!™ gals, Faith Anaya and Melissa Thoma, celebrating with friends becomes a pleasure.
In this class we’ll show you how to create a wine and hors d’oeuvres party. Create a beautiful array of appetizers from caviar to chocolate and learn about some great wines to serve—all within budget and any cooking ability. Get tips on how much wine to buy and pour. And, of course, taste it all! This is a hands-on program and includes appetizers and wine tasting. We will taste chardonnay, pinot noir and champagne.
